I want Arrieta starting in the wildcard game.

 

i would've wanted that before a pitch was thrown this season

I'll admit that preseason, I thought the 4 WAR projections for him for this season were a bit optimistic.

 

I'm glad to admit I was wrong about that.

 

i thought i remembered the projection systems being low on him

 

but maybe i missed one

I meant more of this board's discussion of him. A lot of people pegged him at 4, and I thought that was definitely possible but had him at more like 3.5. Didn't think a reapeat of 5 - 6 was really likely.
