Assuming Wood losses his spot in the rotation, who would you rather keep in the bullpen, him or Jackson?

 

I still think Jackson has much more upside as a reliever, but I expect the Cubs would lean toward Wood because of the supposed flexibility that he provides off the bench.

I remember when he showed up as a prospect he drew Miguel Cabrera comparisons due to size and positional trajectory. He was also projected to hit for more power, which we've been seeing this year, but yeah it makes sense that Flores isn't the best defensive SS. I think his long term position is 3B according to the original scouting reports, IIRC.
