Starlin has to be leading the league in double plays.

 

Tied for 4th with 6 coming into today. Andrelton Simmons has 10, McGehee 9 and Billy Butler 7.

Castro has no one behind him, he's not going to get good pitches.

Would the 9 spot be too much of an ego hit for him? That would seem to be the ideal spot for him unless he really starts driving the ball again.

 

I don't know, I think he's a pretty good bad ball hitter, so he might be the best for his current spot... he's just going to hit into double plays sometimes.

So in Strops last 3 outings he's loaded the bases with 0 outs, loaded the bases with 0 outs and gotten runners on 1st and 2nd and 1 out.
