Fuller probably looks a lot worse because he's faced by far the best WR on every team.

 

Nelson x 2, Calvin, Dez Bryant, Mike Evans, Kelvin Benjamin, Jimmy Graham, Julio Jones. Mostly in man coverage too. That's a coaching problem.

He was a first round pick because he was so ready for action. It's not about upside with him. If he can't handle 1s that is a problem.
