So, Houston traded Lin for no reason now.

Still cleared space, maybe the idea is to let Parsons take Dallas' offer and go after some combo of Deng, Bledsoe, Thomas, Pau or Lance

They could still sign one or two players with the space made for Bosh and then match Parsons. Beverely, Harden, Parsons, Terrence Jones and Howard plus Deng ($8-10 mil) and Bledsoe ($10-12 mil) would still be great. Or perhaps they go after Monroe. Who knows. They have two days before it is match Parsons and bring back a worse team that the year before.

I think bosh is just a better player all around player than love. And wade is on another level compared to Irving. The Cavs a very young nucleus and are better in the long view. They also have varajeo who is a great player and waiters is better than Chalmers. And I think they still have money. If they add miller and ray Allen they will be as good as the heat teams perhaps.

Wait, are you saying Wade > Irving? No way I'd say that right now. I'd take Love over Bosh too.

Yeah Wade is no where near Irving. All his rest this season allowed him to put up good averages but that just disguised how far he has fallen. The playoffs exposed that.

If he had to play back-to-backs and the such he'd be a 17-5-5 kind of guy who can't stay healthy and is likely to continue to decline quickly. Irving is head and shoulders above that.

I think goin forward Irving is better than wade. But I don't think Irving will ever be better than wade over the past 4 years. Irving is also a player who has had trouble staying healthy. My contention is that because the heat were fallible the Cavs will also be beatable.

They share one player in common, not sure how you pull the because one was the other has to be. And I'm not sure why what Wade did the past four years is relevant to Irving being worse currently which is where this tangent started. Let's also not pretend Wade was a world beater the past four years. He was a very good compliment to James but he didn't carry the load very often at all. When LeBron was off Wade got worse and worse at picking up the slack as the years went by. This past season he was a poor second option and no better than say Mo Williams with the Cavs in the playoffs. He occasionally did something that made you think he was an all-star but would then disappear for another game and half.

Any team is "beatable" so saying that is pointless. Even the 70 win Bulls team lost nearly 15 percent of the time. Point is both teams had LeBron and that is it so the Miami was fallible so the Cavs can be beat stuff is rubbish.

So looks like the bulls are close to getting Pau. He's a guy who can both rebound and score. And if it's a sign and trade hopefully it's the sign and trade we need to add melo. Because if we somehow get add both those guys I don't think we need to fear any team in the NbA.

Except in this fantasy world of yours Bosh is on the Rockets and we've seen what Beverely can do to a star PGs knee.

SF- Kidd-Gilchrist

C- Al Jefferson/Cody Zeller

Heh, they have Vonleh, Cody Zeller and DJ White. A Who's Who of Hoosiers.
