Heck, I was way more aggressively anti-Arrieta than I was pro-Vitters.

 

Buying into Vitters too long isn't even in my top 10 (and I learned my lesson, no more optimism):

 

I totally agree, but so long as he can be sent down there's no reason to DFA him.

 

He's not worth a minor-league roster spot. Is that a good reason?

Reminds me of when Doug Dascenzo pitched back in the day and made constant referenced to after that for years. Would show up to pitchers meetings in spring training, fun times... Fun times...
