I dont know, the only way I can console myself is reminding myself we won 2 cups in 4 years helped mightily by a shorthanded goal with 11 seconds left and 2 goals in 17 seconds to take the lead.

Does he have any priors? That might make the difference between whether he returns this series or not.

the most painful thing is that we killed off 2.5 minutes of 5 on 3, and then killed off 4 minutes and 50 seconds of power play and almost stole an undeserved victory before getting the rug pulled out from under us. To compound the pain, we previously gave up a goal with less than a second left in the 1st period and were 1:45 from winning game 1 before conceding the tying goal and subjecting me to an additional 2 hours of hockey before letting me down.

 

I know everyone already knows this [expletive], but it makes me feel better to type it all out.
