INNINGS 1-6: plays are reviewed if the manager challenges. one challenge.

INNING 7+: plays are reviewed if the umpires feel like it. the manager can come out and yell at the umpire and try to get him to review it if he wants, but the umps can say no.

 

Pretty sure that's right, but I'm not sure if they keep the 1-6 inning challenge if they're right. My guess is they don't.
