Supposedly a thunderstorm right by the park, but they're currently playing in Daytona.

Daytona Cubs announcers amusingly annoyed with the apparent poor decision making of the Dunedin groundskeepers/staff in their not putting the tarp on. The words "unbelievably irresponsible" have been used.

 

EDIT: Tarp is on 11 minutes after start time. Florida baseball!

and really, this is what happens when you schedule a baseball game for the time of day when it's most likely to get a thunderstorm, in the part of the country that is climatologically most likely to get a thunderstorm this time of year.

I don't know how it compares to other years, but man there are lots of bad LHP in the minors. Though javy torched the guy callis says is the best LHP in the minors (Andrew Heaney)

I feel like he's had a few off of Heaney this year. One prior for sure, but I want to say more.

If Javy gets a hit in his next AB, his AVG will be over .300 and his OPS will be over 1.000. That would be pretty to see.
