According to Gameday, those two pitches were nearly identical. Both 91 MPH and in nearly the same spot of the zone (Rizzo's was a bit closer to the righthanded batters box).

The only thing to pay attention to in Rusin starts is that he keeps the team remotely in the game, and how he fares against the LH hitters he faces. 1 for 4 with a single and no Ks thus far, not bad, not great.
