I guess I'm not surprised by the Marlins hate here, but I don't really feel it, myself. Hell, I forgave them almost immediately, as I preferred they beat the Yankees in the WS (not that I could bear to watch any of it).

 

I feel pretty ok blaming Dusty and Alex Gonzales for almost all of it. Plus the 3-4 Marlins who really stuck out from that series were gone within a year (one of whom was putting up an MVP-caliber season for us two years later). Hard to hate on Marlins players, because they never stick around very long.

 

I really only hate the Cardinals, and dislike the Brewers and White Sox. Other than that, no loss hurts more or less than another.
