i haven't been watching a lot of the games, but wasn't gregg working 92-94 earlier in the season? it had him at 89-90 tonight, and it was the same gun that had jackson at 94 regularly.

Thank goodness this game was at AT&T - at least one of those three fly balls would have been trouble at most other ballparks.

I believe the game you're thinking of.... we lead 2-0 at the end of 8, then the Giants scored 3 in the 9th, and we came back with 2 in the bottom of the 9th.

His fastball definitely looked faster to me and/or had more movement earlier in the season.

Cubs are 35-35 in their last 70 games (Since May 5)

Cubs are 41-42 since April 23 (they started 5-13).

 

Man, if they'd been able to win even 4 of those games in that 12 game losing streak, they'd be 50-51.
