Where does Bryant slot in the top 10?

Baez, Bryant, Almora, Soler, Johnson?

he's a super-prospect right? he'd have to be ahead of Baez but maybe behind Soler.

I'd go Soler, Bryant, Baez, Almora, Johnson, Alcantara

it's kind of cool that the top position player in college doesn't automatically become our undisputed top prospect.

for those who are, why are you putting him behind Baez? he's got a better approach already, he has better power and is at least a wash defensively. right?

For me. Baez is already at a higher level. Like someone said though....it's a complete guess. Really, I could put them in any order and be fine with it.

One is a shortstop.

I'm not really sure he'll have more power than Baez, either. Actually, it would be hard to say who has the best power in the system between Bryant, Soler, Baez and Vogelbach.

Can't be that hard, because you just nailed it in order :)

Hoyer drafted him in 2010.

yeah, but Baez is projecting as a ML 3rd baseman, right? and Bryant is a generational power talent, right? if those guys have as much, we're sitting pretty.

I'd bet on V hitting BP fastballs further than the rest, though.

Baez has to clean up his play in the field, but he has the tools to stick at SS.

You can project all four guys at 25-30 HRs (project with ordinary development, not just ceiling) without stretching even a little. It's a pretty awesome turnaround from two years ago when we had nothing in terms of power.

Damn, there goes Driver in the 7th after Nunez went in the 6th.

Hated seeing Dustin Driver go to the A's. Casey Shane went a round or two ago as well. This is where we skimped (8-10) last year. Be interesting to see what we do now.

well that would be nice, especially if Castro is what he is.
