so they're painting the wrigley marquee its (apparently) old shade of green today...when was it green? the only other color i had seen (and i think it was a colorized photo FWIW) it be was blue.

When I heard about the painting I too thought it was blue.

yeah, i was cutting & slicing his gamelogs until i realized i couldn't come up with any combination that had him hitting .200 and just kind of quit and said "[expletive] this guy"

it really is so much better

 

sidenote: i really hope they stop with those damn banners eventually. the blue clashes terribly with the green all over the park and it looks like a nightmare.

The green/gold actually looks awesome. Still has that terrible red sign underneath. Guess we'll see if they leave that there.
