Here's a team everyone considers a lock that I'd question: Kansas State. What is their best win away from home?

EDIT: Their road/neutral wins: Long Beach State in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Tulane in Brooklyn, at TCU, at Texas Tech, and vs. Gonzaga in Wichita, KS (practically a home game...)

Iowa may want to wake up if they don't want to find themselves in a first round NCAA matchup against a better team than them.

Their defense is broken.

Marshall Henderson attempts a three every 4 possessions when he is on the floor. He's the standard by which all future godless chuckers will be measured.

KU/ISU tomorrow. Sounds like fun!

Without Embiid it will be tough to win for KU. Kane will be living at our basket. And I have no idea who will defend Niang.

Probably one of your highly ranked kids who wouldn't have given ISU the time of day out of high school? Seriously, you'll be fine.

Iowa reminds me of the early to mid 00's Tommy Amaker Michigan teams. Start out great, get ranked nationally, appear to be locked into an NCAA berth and then fade away down the stretch. The difference I guess is 4 extra at-large teams because Michigan was probably one of the first 4 teams out a couple of those years.

Indiana with 4 points in the paint quadrupling up illinois on drawing fouls.

That Malcolm Hill charge was epic. How do you charge a guy who is laying on the ground?

C'mon, that was a foul. He rammed over his defender.

Ohio State is so bad. They barely beat Purdue. No way they make it out of the first weekend, right?

Villanova is so bad. They lost to Seton Hall. No way they make it out of the first weekend, right?

Actually . . .

Indiana is twice as talented as Illinois. They just really suck at playing basketball.

I really only like Vonleh and Ferrell for IU, so while you have more talent, it's not a ton more.

Pretty certain he's a Michigan State fan, not an IU fan.

You don't have to be set to not be rammed over (especially as the primary defender).

I mean, seriously, you've surely seen a charge called against a primary defender that was sliding and the offender rammed over him?

Agree to disagree. I thought he flopped big time.

Illinois has a formalized agreement with NIT to play, assuming they aren't selected to NCAA tournament. So at least there'll be more basketball for this group, win or lose today.

Finally, I can eat a hot dog and cheetos without all the tedious switching between foods.
