As much as I am sick of the SEC at this point, it probably shouldn't. Florida has some good wins (A&M and FSU on the road plus LSU at home) while Oregon has beaten only 1 team slated to be ranked tomorrow (although it would be 2 if USC did win).

I'm very interested in an Oregon vs Alabama championship (if Notre Dame loses) but, it's hard for me to take a 1 loss Pac-12 team over a one loss SEC team.

I know it's still a long shot, but today has been a great day for NIU as far as maybe stealing a BCS bid goes. They'll be ranked ahead of the Big East champion in the BCS poll, so all they have to do is finish in the top 16 now to be eligible for a BCS berth. NIU was 26th in the BCS rankings, but Oregon State, Texas, Rutgers, Michigan, Louisville, Oklahoma State, Arizona and Washington all lost already this week.

 

It's looking better for Boise State or the winner of the MAC title game to sneak into a BCS game.
