Joakim Noah is a [expletive] boss. Awesome.

He had some moments all game where he looked like he was in clear pain but yet had a phenomenal game and did what he always does. [expletive] off, D-Rose. If Noah is playing through this Rose could be out there now, even if it's only 25 minutes a game like Noah is playing

Leave Rose alone, he hasn't had divine intervention yet.

"Me and him were chatting it up the whole time at the end of the bench," forward Taj Gibson said after the Bulls' 90-82 victory. "He was just eager. He was just saying like, he can't wait to get back, he can't wait to play. And just critiquing the game, talking about what we needed to do, what kind of plays. He knew a lot of the sets coming out so he would just scream out plays. He was just hyped talking about good stuff."

There's a really easy solution Derrick.

What a bunch of horse [expletive]. God bless Joakim Noah. If only Rose had Jo's heart.

The media making the Rose thing a non-story at this point is perplexing to me. This is the same group who was all over Cutler for not coming back into a game after he had sprained his MCL and Lin last year for not coming back from a torn miniscus/surgery for it a month 1/2 before the playoffs started.

Roses is basically using up the majority of his goodwill that he gained over his first 4 years with the Bulls. He was accessible, said all the right things, won an MVP, led the team to the best record in the NBA 2 years in a row, etc. People are frustrated, but the media is going to treat him better than Cutler, who is known to be aloof.

I gotta tell ya, I'm chuckling over everyone losing their minds on this. When he comes back, and is his usual self, especially if he has an improved jumper, none of that is going to matter. Everybody's gonna be all giddy that he's back, and move along happily watching him, buying his jerseys, and forgetting that this year even happened.

I don't know about forget. Things will be more or less back to normal, but a lot of fans (especially the meatballs, and on this subject I admit to having some meatbally tendencies) aren't going to just fail to remember that he basically punted a season.

Unless/until, of course, he leads a team to a championship, which as we've seen over and over again is the cure-all for any athlete, especially an NBA player.

You could just watch Russell Westbrook instead and pretend it's Rose. He was better this year than Rose was during his MVP year.

I wonder how differently this would have all played out had Rose gone to Texas A&M.

Texas A&M would never take a bum like Rose.

He would have needed to get someone a lot smarter to take his entrance exams to get into A&M than the one he used for Memphis.

Yes, I'm sure all of A&M's athletes are Mensa candidates.
