Was it a slurve? It was his best offspeed pitch but probably what did in his arm. It was a sick, sick pitch though.

I met Kerry this weekend. Nice guy.

 

I was going to see him, but he was there too late in the day since we were going to the HR Derby early.

He was by far the coolest guest with fan interaction that i had. He joked with my daughter about her pink spiderman face paint an congratulated me on my family. Was a cool experience. So glad I got to stick around for him.

Watching the Kerry Wood 20k game the other night on CSN was probably the most fun I've had watching a Cubs game in a while. Might've been the only one I've watched beginning to end all season, too.
