Said it before amongst the junk balling lefties Raley is the one to watch at the upper levels. He's always been amongst the best athletes in the system and was a two way player when drafted. Raley is not close to as talented (read: doesn't have the fastball) as him, but in Shark we're seeing the impact top shelf athleticism can have for a raw pitcher who stays healthy. He could turn out to be a useful arm if he keeps performing. K's are always good to see, especially from a lefty starter.

He seems like he's gotten off to a slow start at every level of the minors before adjusting and ultimately performing relatively well. This year is no different.

If he's been moved there to see if he can be effective out of the pen, I'm fine with that. His less than stellar results as a starter warrant a look in the pen and as bad and hurt as the ML pen is, no reason not to give him a shot.
