Minnesota is easily the best team Illinois has seen this year. Much more impressive than Gonzaga, Missouri, or Ohio St. Illinois' poor shooting didn't help, but Minnesota played an excellent game.

he actually plays good defense, but really, those shots have to fall if he's going to continue shooting

DJ is a godless chucker. The rest of them can actually shoot. Although it would be nice if someone besides Paul and Abrams figured out going to the hoop and getting fouled is also a viable way to score.

chuckers, yes, godless, no. groce's offense is set up to ensure that even if we shoot relatively poorly that we still have a shot at winning. now, if we shoot ridiculously poorly then any team will lose.

If Illinois shoots like they did last night on Saturday at Wisconsin I'm looking forward to the 32-27 final score that would be sure to ensue.

There are few things worse than watching Wisconsin play basketball. Iowa playing basketball under Lickliter was one of those things.
