Why would Ray give him a beatdown, is he not allowed to bring his gun to the locker room anymore?

Why is calling fair catch then running with the ball a penalty? Is it to avoid injury?

eh, it's kind of unsportsmanlike conduct. that's what i'd call it anyway. plus, not calling a penalty might encourage other teams to start doing the half-wave and hope the refs don't catch it. i mean, if there's no penalty for it, why not try it?

I'm pretty sure that's why it's a penalty.
