Go back and check my posts when we signed Roy. I guarantee you I ripped him then. He has sucked for years. I liked the Barber signing then.

Lol you act like you were the only one ripping the signing. I don't remember anyone actually defended it.

I don't know why you'd write off next year.

In terms of young talent, we're already ranked third in the NFC North. What about Angelo gives you confidence that he'll be able to turn this team into championship contenders? He hasn't drafted anybody worth a damn since 2006.

dude come on. i'm not even a bears fan and i know he drafted matt forte since 2006. if the bears had gone 5 years without drafting a decent player they'd be by far the worst team in the nfl. you can say that his drafts have been disappointing without making hyperbolic and moronic statements.

No, he can't.

Your name is fitting as you refuse to get off my nuts. Please stop trolling every one of my posts kthx.

I'm not Christian and I don't care about his religion. It's the fact that he's a game manager who hasn't defeated a good team yet and gets far more credit than he deserves from the media and football simpletons.

My hatred of Tebow stems from the fact that, like the pitcher in baseball, most people give too much credit/place too much blame on the quarterback for the team winning or losing. Plus it's not like they're winning high scoring games each week. If they needed to put up 30+ points each week to win, then yes, that's on the offense and the quarterback should get credit for that. But in six of the eight games Tebow has started, they've scored less than 20 points. If the Denver defense doesn't show up to play each week, they're down 20+ each game and he doesn't have the chance to lead them back (just like the Detroit game). If the Bears are up 21-0 instead of 10-0 when Denver got the ball back with 4:34 left, Denver isn't winning that game.

Asked for his thoughts on Tebow after the game, Brian Urlacher was succinct.

“He’s a good running back, man. He runs the ball well,” Urlacher said.

This looked like it was going to be a great weekend. IU beat Kentucky in the most exciting way possible. My fantasy team dominated. The Panthers were attempting a sub 40 yard FG with a chance to take the lead over Atlanta. The Vikings were at the 1 yard line with a chance to win on the last play. The Bears were up 10-0 with 4 minutes to play and no timeouts for the Broncos. Cowboys were up double digits late with a chance to end the Giants WC chances.

Now the only likely way the Bears get in is if they beat the Packers, and if they beat the Packers week 16, the Packers will have no incentive to play Week 17 vs. Detroit, and the Lions will beat them too, still making it in over the Bears.

Lol I never said I was the only one. And there were definitely people defending it.

And it needs to be said again, [expletive] Marion Barber. [expletive] him with a rusty sword. [expletive] dumbass piece of dog [expletive].

your posts deserve to be trolled, they're terrible. saying that the bears haven't drafted a player worth a damn in over 5 years is a lot dumber than someone calling you out on your nonsense.

Leave him alone. He's a Pats fan so we shouldn't expect him to remember every Bears draft pick over the last 5 years.

The offense lost the game. They went all those years without an offense, and just when it looked like they had one with credibility, one that could actually convert on 3rd and 8, and score occasionally, it all blows up and they now have a worse offense than they've ever had during the Urlacher era. He's not talking trash, its accurate.

The thing that sucks the most about these three games is those teams are obviously terrible, and they've done nothing in the games played to suggest they are anything but terrible. The Bears offense is just so incredibly impotent without Cutler that it doesn't even matter how terrible those opponents have been. With Cutler they probably win all three games by more than a touchdown.

If I'm the head coach of the Bears, at some point, I slam my clipboard down on the field as I head to the referee and I get tossed out of the game for grabbing the ref by the throat and walking him over to Julius Peppers to show him the fingernail marks all over him from being held on every freaking play. Inexcusable reffing in this game. Sure, go ahead and call two really lame roughing the passer calls, but completely ignore BLATANT holding on every play. Why was it blatant? Because they were allowed to get away with it over and over and over. Ridiculous!

Going forward, the only thing that would make me happy about the rest of this season is if they cut Roy Williams and Marion Barber today. I do not want to see them on the field in a Bears uniform ever again. Other than that, I really don't care what happens with this team for the remainder of the season, because it's basically over.

Tebow and jesus did not win this game. That game was the work of Satan!

It's draft placement time, don't screw this bad boy up.

All the more reason to get rid of Barber. He's probably going to score a bunch of touchdowns and win games for us now to make up for his unforgivable boneheaded mistakes yesterday.

The Bears will be lucky to score more than 10 points in any remaining game this season.

The Bears would never admit the season is over, but now would be a good time to give Enderle a few starts to see if he can be a backup eventually. Don' t want to have to relive a Hanie-like experience if Cutler gets injured again next year.

My guess is they would go with McCown for now and save Enderle for the final game.

Yeah I agree. Putting in Enderle is throwing in the towel, and realistically they can't do that.

I'm all for proceeding down this path.

Wanting to cut/get rid of Barber is total reactionary silliness. Yes, he made a couple of HUGE mistakes yesterday, but he's been a really strong backup RB for us this season. Remember Chester Taylor anyone?
