The commish has already had Suh into his office to talk about his play. I'm guessing this crap catches up to the Lions at some point.

It's no coincidence that the dirty [expletive] didn't really start until the game was too far out of reach for Detroit. You would think a team that is so used to losing wouldn't resort to such horrible sportsmanship.

The Lions just need to go back to a being a 0 to 3 win team. Everyone was happy, except for maybe Detroit.

I hope Green Bay emasculates Detoilet on Thanksgiving. That's is all.

The Williams injury sucks, but perhaps we can get him back in time for a playoff run. Considering how soft the remaining schedule is, I think the Bears can get by with a bit of a hole at LG. Then again, no holes in this line can be taken lightly.

The next guy who should be brought in is Schwartz. Because it's pretty clear to me this is ultimately coming from him.

Absolutely.

On the flip side, though, he's wound so tight that I could see him giving a press conference someday that Mora or Green could only be jealous of.

What an ass whipping. The Bears are playing some great football right now. I'm starting to hate the Lions more than the Packers. How did Fairley not get flagged for that Charles Martin-esque hit on Cutler? And was I seeing things or did the referee throw a flag on Stafford before D.J. Moore retaliated for throwing him down by the helmet?

Yeah, the potential for entertainment is high.

When even Jimmy Harbaugh thinks you're nuts.....that's really something.

I just think the league is so enamored with the Lions this year. They've been [expletive] for YEARS, and now look like a decent team, Suh has star power, so they just "let them play". Which is an incredible about-face considering how they also claim to want to crack down on defenseless players being hit.

To all of that, I say [expletive] Detroit. I wish Adams or Okoye would have destroyed Fatty Matty's knee. Cheap or not, that team does not deserve the love they've been getting.

thats the thing, the whole media played that up like it was Harbaugh who was being less-then sportsmanlike when it was Schwartz who took the handshake poorly. that [expletive] is batchit crazy, his meltdown cant come soon enough.

Commentary I heard this morning suggests that some people are beginning to pull back from the unmitigated Lions love.

...Schwartz was with Suh, and it was Suh who requested the meeting to get a better understanding behind a couple of his fines

also, lots of psychotic frothing on this page alone, good lord, people

people tend to get touchy when they see a team intentionally trying to injure their franchise quarterback.

it'll be easier for you to understand if/when your team gets one.

good, it was premature (why do you people care so much about meaningless [expletive] like this??)

we'll be a really good team in time, but Stafford will have to make major strides in throwing under pressure; he's just been terrible for the most part there

I have watched a lot of football over the years without having to complain about how dirty the other team plays. Your team is easily the dirtiest in football right now.

i wasn't able to see the 2nd half, but caught the high lowlights

was there anything besides the Fairley late hit (which really wasn't much of an attempt to injure)?

Wait, what? I was just making a comment in response to a post. Take a chill pill there, Lions fan.

I watch a lot of Steelers games. For whatever reason, they get scheduled out here all the time. But I don't see the cheap plays/players with them at the level I see with Detroit. Sure, everyone hates Ben the Rapist, but that's really about it.

and as far as cheap shots, you didn't see Suh rip Cutlers helmet off? Or Fatty Matty tackle Moore by the helmet? Why do in-game skirmishes follow this team everywhere? I'm sure its JUST coincidence, right?

there were also the raiola crackback blocks on consecutive plays and stafford grabbing moore by the helmet. i'm sure i'm forgetting some because i don't really care. the bears defense stuck it in the lions last night, that was cool.

we've had one this year, yesterday

Suh's tackle of Cutler by the head was nearly identical to the Peppers tackle on Calvin, i could have seen a PF flag coming out for both, but they were more pace of the game than intent
