It's funny that you guys, instead of considering A) that he meant the prospects involved or B) that he was making a bad joke about the GMs, immediately defaulted to C) what an idiot, he's saying GMs need to pass physicals!

 

Mine was sarcasm, though that's easy to say after the fact. A buddy and I had been joking about whether Theo would have to pass a physical after the Brown/Harrison trade fell through in the NFL earlier.

Know any prospects we could be giving up (besides McNutt and his issues) with non-clean medical records?

 

I'm pretty sure it wouldn't matter if they had clean medical records or not, Boston is still going to do their due diligence and have a full physical done before they fully sign off on the deal.

 

If it was ANY prospect the Sox would get a physical...

To clarify: Hoyer as Cubs GM, Byrnes as Padres GM is done. Epstein to Chi not yet resolved per compensation. Review of medicals remains
