I ask without a hint of hyperbole, is DeJesus worse than Wendell Kim. Neither of them seem to have any idea when to send and when to hold, it's just a random number generator out there.

ESPN.com showed that Aroldis Chapman was going to pitch the 9th for the Cubs after pitching the 8th for the Reds.

 

I thought, considering the managers involved, that may have actually been true.

Marmol is getting more efficient. Instead of taking a 5-6 pitch AB before walking the first hitter, just plunk him right away
