Markieff before Marcus? Did they mislabel the scouting reports or something?

Better rebounder and defender. The scouts all seem to think Markieff's game translates better and he has a sure position as a strong 4 who can pop out to 3 point range.

Sucks that Knight fell to Detroit. I really like him.

I wanted Thompson or Jonas but yeah I'm really pleased with Knight.

LOL at the Knicks

There are rumors the Pacers are trading the Leonard kid to the Spurs for George Hill but I'm waiting to see something official.

Sounds like a deal! Wow, that is awesome. =D>

How many guards do the Pistons have? Seven?

It's easier to just count the guys on the roster who can't play on the wing.

Still he's too good to pass up in this draft I think. I like Leonard a lot too but he doesn't fit well either. I think Stuckey moves to the 2 and they let Knight try to take the reins with the new coach.

Give us BG back, please.

Pretty sure Joe would be glad to comply if you take his contract and don't saddle him with garbage.

Might as well take a shot on Brooks IMO. We're unlikely to get much of anything out of these picks anyway and Brooks can shoot it.

Faried is an awesome pick by Denver. Love his prospects to be a Ben Wallace/Jo Noah hybrid.

Love Faried. That pick is going to make a lot of teams look really dumb in a few years. Same for the Spurs with Leonard but what else is new.

Bulls are trading up to 23 for a 6'10 SF who is stuck in Europe for the next 3 years. Thought for sure they would grab Brooks. I think Jenkins would be a good fit for them too.

What's so bad about Marshon Brooks? His major problems are that he's a "me first" type of player. But I don't think that's a big deal with a PG like Rose and a strong coach like Thibs. He's a pure scorer, great finisher, and a pretty good rebounder at the 2G position. Reminds me of Nick Young who took a few years and an unstructured offense to finally shine this year. But I think if he's there at 28, you have to take a shot on him and hope you can get the round peg in the square hole.

Well, there's the guy who won't be here next year. One would assume they'll pick a low-ceiling guy who can contribute right away at 30 now.

My problem with him is that he's not a particularly efficient player and piled up counting statistics because of Providence's fast pace and heavy minutes. His usage and efficiency just isn't there, and as a senior he's not likely to get all that much better at it over the next few years.

Bulls just traded 28 and 2nd rd pick for 23. Here we go.

Didn't the Wolves just pick at 23?

That's who we traded with to get 23.
