God bless you rational Bulls fans.

That was an unbelievable series, granted a really tough loss. If you don't think the Bulls will come back better and more focused next year, and that Thibs won't learn from his many mistakes, I pity you. That was an unbelievable learning experience for a young, over-achieving team and they WILL compete at an extremely high level for a long time.

Really impressed with the Bulls in these playoffs.

Gonna be a tough hurdle to get over though. The Heat are scary and should get better when they can add mid level guys.

Hey give it to Lebron he's gonna get his. He only had to run and play with one of the top ten players of all time and kill basketball in his hometown to do it. GO MAVS

Wade is nowhere near a top 10 all-time player.

All so very true. Yeah, this series has been brutal and tonight was just another stab in the heart, but they're in a great position to just get even better. Can't wait for next season.

Brilliant defense by Miami on the final play

Takes a genius to figure out Rose or Korver is getting the shot.

If the situation was reversed, do you think the Bulls would have defended James/Wademthat well?

Honestly? Yes. If the Heat had to have a 3, I would expect the Bulls would have put Deng on James, Brewer on Wade and had Gibson or Noah chase whoever has the ball. It wouldn't have ended with a blocked shot, but I fully believe it would have taken a desperation miracle if the shoe was on the other foot.

Was Wade actually fouled on that 4 point play? I haven't seen a replay yet.

yeah, he was hit on the elbow, then hand.

I disagree. There was a little body contact, which he initiated by kicking his leg out.

honestly, i'd like to know why these things don't happen to any other city. chicago is cursed in every sense of the word

Dude, stop. It's embarrassing. Every team has had [expletive] like that happen before. Calm down.

I love that he acts as if the Blackhawks don't exist.

yeah, it's ok cuz they won once in 60 years

Just because you're a bandwagon fan doesn't mean the 90's weren't [expletive] awesome for us Bulls fans.

Didn't realize you were 60 years old. My god, you truly have suffered

Its hard to even be too made about that. Yea Rose had the dumb foul and missed FT's but if Wade and James are gonna make shots like that, they deserve to go to the finals.

Luckily Dirk is my favorite non-Bull in the NBA and before the playoffs I said Dallas was my #2 if the Bulls didn't make the finals. So it will be easy to continue my disdain for the Heat and their ugly faces, big foreheads and receding hairlines.

I thought it was a bad call. After the shot Wade threw his arm out and purposefully hit Rose. Rose wasn't even in his way. It was a bad call, but it happens.

The thing that Rose has to learn is that you are going to have to generally get clobbered to get fouls in the playoffs. The refs don't call games tight at this point.

it sucks because the heat were crying after the 3rd bulls regular season game. seems like my teams are always the ones who draw first blood and then get their hearts ripped out when it counts.
the same thing happened to the cavs each of the last two seasons. beat boston/orlando/la/etc in the regular season. a 7 game series is a completely different monster.

Rose looks 22. Hopefully he learns from these playoffs and comes back strong, he probably will.

Exactly. Listen to the post-game radio tonight and you'll hear tons of callers talking like he's peaked and how he's a "choker" and blah-blah-blah. This is what players and teams have to go through until they finally punch through. It sucks, but that's the NBA. The future still looks VERY bright for the Bulls. This awesome season was just the start.

I want to get upset at him but when I take a step back and realize that very few players have had seasons like his at his age. If he improves like most players improve, Rose is going to be an amazing, amazing player in this league and you will think that will translate to the playoffs more consistently sooner than later.

If his career ended now, no, but he is on track to be very close. Wade is 11th in all time scoring average.

Well... Congrats to Miami. The Bulls just weren't ready to take the next step. Hopefully they learn from this.

And now, in Dirk we trust.

Let's hope the new CBA kills that.

Great [expletive] season. I believe in GarPax, Thibs & ownership. They'll do what they can. I don't have to look forward to Kirk Hinrich, Eddie Robinson, Ron Artest, Jalen Rose, Marcus Fizer, Eddy Curry, Ben Gordon, Ben Wallace, etc. We have D Rose. It's pretty good to be a Bulls fan.

Definitely. He frustrated me plenty in the playoffs, and especially this last series, but then when you remember how young he is and how long he's going to be with this team and how much better he can potentially get it helps.
