If they want anything for him. But it's not that easy. Any team that wants Anthony will demand a sign and trade and then the appropriate amount of salary/draft picks have to come back to Denver. While the Bulls don't have this problem, some other teams have to get other ones involved which isn't easy either.

very weird victory, beating Dallas with Boozer and Noah out and Rose shooting terribly

Considering Dallas had the second best road record in the NBA and had a full team, this win was kind of amazing.
