Also, if the Bulls win tonight, Philly beats Boston, Milwaukee beats Miami tomorrow, and the Bulls beat Boston Thursday, that wraps up the 1 seed.

So they have a professional opera singer come to sing the Anthem and he comes in looking like some random guy pulled off the street?

Bulls magic number = 3. Right?

4 over Boston, 3 over Miami

Lopez has 4 fouls. there are 9 minutes left in the 2nd quarter. He did not play in the first. He missed his only shot and has a turnover.

Nash just doesn't want to be the only PG to undeservedly win an MVP in the last 6 years or whatever.

Consider me not that optimistic heading into Thursday. This team has looked tired as of late.

They looked good for about the first 33 minutes or so today. The rest of the game was a chore to watch.

Lucky to escape with that win tonight.

They'll show up against Boston. I'm not saying they will win but all year they have had less than stellar performances against a subpar team and then they come out and beat an elite team.

Boston won tonight, so the Bulls can't clinch the 1 seed Thursday.

However, a win Thursday clinches a finish no worse than the 2 seed.

The Jazz somehow beat the Lakers in LA in spite of themselves. Bulls now 2 up on them in the L column and have the tie-breaker.

how do you guys rank this team compared to the 2008 cubs in terms of dreamiest regular season ever

I put this ahead personally, because we're ahead of teams like Boston and especially Miami, when no one thought this was legitimately possible. I remember thinking the 2008 Cubs SHOULD win their division at least and could have the best overall record in the NL.

I thought this Bulls team was a 4 seed this year, with not much chance of making it past the 2nd round. Now, I have no clue how far they can go. Don't get me wrong, they COULD get beat by Orlando, but they have a legit shot at making the NBA Finals too.

Who's your favorite Chicago athlete at this point, though: Rose or Castro, not necessarily right now, but 3-4 years from now?
