Good win. That's one of our better road wins on the year. Looking at the standings, we need to do what ever we can to avoid the 4 spot. Really don't want to play Orlando in the first round. That could be a disaster.

I dont want the 4 spot either, but the Bulls matchup better with Orlando after the Arenas trade then they did before. They dont scare me near as much now.

That's not going to happen. Atlanta's schedule is murderous in the last two months.

Aren't we basically locked in to the 3 or better now? I don't see how the Knicks (LOL) Orlando or Hawks finish better than us

Orlando can still jump up to the 3 spot if the Bulls falter a bit, but 4 games is a lot to make up in a 30-game stretch. So is 3 games on 2 teams, which to me says the Bulls are pretty much going to be the 3 seed barring a total collapse by one of the top 4 (and no, Atlanta is not one of those).

 

Getting the 3 seed would likely match the Bulls up against either NY or Philly in the first round.

Also, with tonight's win, the Bulls have now defeated every West team except New Orleans and San Antonio. They've defeated every East team except Charlotte, New York and Atlanta.
