Mark it down - the epic comeback to win the division has started!!!

Ok, I'm kidding. But it is nice to see them string together a few hits and then get a home run. Not many innings like this one in 2010.

LOL @ using Ramirez here

ridiculous

but I guess it doesn't matter.

*runs away*

LOL. I love this stuff. Happens to all of us.

Parra had DeWitt in an 0-2 hole after making him look stupid on two curveballs. One more probably gets him out of the inning with a 3-2 lead, but instead he throws a splitter and it's 7-3. I love baseball.

I can't wait to watch Castro in person next weekend.

If Z's pitching 5 days from now on Monday, then why not have him go at least 2 innings today, get 30+ pitches in (instead of 17), and start stretching him out some?

Have you been witness to this season? Don't ask logical questions, you'll end up with a flat forehead.

Starlin Castro OPS: .823

Tyler Colvin OPS: .854

Jason Heyward OPS: .835

I know there is more to a player than OPS, but a strong case for ROY can be made for both Castro and Colvin right now.

Imo it should be Castro.

Careful, just mentioning his name will send certain posters into a rage.

I give it to the youngest player in the majors playing the defense first position. By the way, Castro now has the third highest OPS for all major league shortstops with at least 275 ABs, behind only Tulo and Furcal. His .318 BA is the second highest in the NL among all players with 275 ABs as well.

I'd rank those

Castro

Heyward

Colvin

Garcia deserves it over all of them though. Posey too
