It is interesting that some people say that the Cubs had injuries (Ramirez) or players unable to play (Zambrano) this year so Hendry should not be fired. Is that an excuse? Well look at the Braves. Jurrjens, Saito, Chipper, Heyward, McClouth, and Diaz have all missed significant time. And they had a 9 game losing. Injuries are not an excuse most of the time.
