If there is one thing I absolutely hate about soccer, its the faking of non-existent injuries. As great as the EPL/SA/B/main European leagues supposedly are, you see this stuff all the time.

 

Nothing like seeing a guy get hit/kicked in the arm, but rolling around holding his face, while in "absolute agony".

I'm not sure if you were talking about that specific guy, but he was spitting blood after that. Although I wouldn't be too surprised if they carried around food coloring to fake blood with.
