I'm not going to get concern until the 8th of July. Till then everything means nothing until pen to paper.

I don't see Bosh in Cleveland EVEN to play with James. If Toronto take the crap from Cleveland for Bosh then they should be contracted from the NBA.

Cavs- LeBron, Bosh

Heat- Wade, Boozer

this is looking extremely possible (maybe even likely), and would pretty much make our offseason a complete and total disaster.

Nobody knows that. All of this stuff is just speculation. On Friday, we looked like we were going to get Wade and either Bosh or LeBron. Now everybody's speculating that we're going to be the team that ends up getting screwed.

Like I said, I'm taking everything with a grain of salt from here on out. The only guy I really trust to give me any news is Wojo. Everyone else can go [expletive] themselves.

Yeah but Wojo is saying this stuff too. He thinks LeBron is staying in Cleveland.

I do too. The real question is, to me at least, where will Wade end up? I think there's a 50-50 shot that we end up with him.

Well Lebron staying in Cleveland is a lot different than what you just posted. Bosh going to Cleveland, while possible, I would definitely not classify as likely...at all.

You're kind of the KyleJRM of this thread...heh.

I'm sure his first post will be the announcement.

"I'M BACK" sounds about right.

I personally hoping "Who knows of any good places to live in Chicago?"

Follow up tweet:

Where my good friend Richard Jefferson would be accepted for who he is.

At least you wouldn't be the Knicks.

ETA: Or the Hawks.

I'd rather be shut out than to sign either of those contracts.

Get Lee, and a 1 year shooter, then aim for Melo next year.

I think the Bulls are getting shut out of this, too.

I don't. I think Boozer or Lee will be Bulls. But even if they do, it's not the end of the world.

Isn't that being shut out?

Without one of the big 3, absolutely.

No. I don't look at this FA as a 3 man class. If the Bulls land Lee or Boozer, then no we wouldn't be shut out.

Melo's gonna sign that extension in Denver.

Not really. It just means it take a little bit longer. Land either Boozer or Lee and you fill a hole right now. In 6 months, you might be able to acquire a nice SG, to fill another hole. Landing Bosh/James/Wade would make the job easier, but there is are more then one way to build a contender.

That's a nice, balanced contender that gets slapped around in the playoffs by whatever superteam is active in any given year.

The Bulls did not clear massive amounts of salary cap space to get Carlos Boozer or David Lee. Either of those paired with one of the 3 "bigs" would be fine...but by themselves...the Bulls would be a FA loser.

I didn't say it was likely, (I think he's Denver, NY, or NJ) more saying don't panic and give Al Harrington 10M to show you did something.

From Wojnarowski's latest column...

The Knicks are out of it with LeBron James, and sources say the Chicago Bulls are livid with World Wide Wes for selling them on a wired deal that doesn’t appear to be so wired.

I'm not quite sure what he means by "wired".

When it's all said and done, Wes might be the biggest loser to come out of this whole mess.

Anybody thinking otherwise isn't in the right frame of mind.

I guess it wouldn't technically be getting shut out, but something like an unearned run scoring in the 9th inning of a 12-1 loss.

If you enjoy second-round knockouts and drafting No. 20 or so for years, then that's not a shutout. But otherwise it is.

If you both want to be Debbie Downers that's fine, but I refuse to believe that this class is the only way for the Bulls to improve. Obviously the job is harder if you don't land a James/Wade/Bosh, but not impossible. Not to mention people are getting anxious/depressed on freaking speculation. IMO, there is a reason why the Bulls have been quiet, and I believe that's a good thing.

I'm not ready to embrace that defeatist attitude, yet.
