I heard Wade brought his own camera crew to his meeting with the bulls and is creating a documentary on the process.

I'd probably watch it. What's the problem there? Did you have a problem with Eric Karros recording events around the Cubs in 2003? Was he being an arrogant prick?

I don't feel one way or the other, but you're not making an apples-to-apples comparison: Karros was making a doc around his team, not around him and his role in selecting a team.

Eh...I never saw Karros' doc...did you? :)

But fair enough...probably not a great comparison. But nonetheless I don't see a big issue with what these guys have done so far.

No problem with it, but it makes me feel like he's just taking these meetings for the sake of the documentary, considering everyone and their mom expects him to stay in Miami.

Same with Bosh due to all the reports that he was a lock to sign in Miami, but instead of taking a bunch of meetings and not committing to anyone at the moment. In the meantime, him and Wade are together at every moment not spent in meetings.

I'll definitely watch that. And Wade is one of the nicest guys in the league.

I remember when Manny was a FA for the Indians and Boston signed him. I think ESPN made some documentary about it that was basically centered around making Dan Duquette look like a moron.

Where Bosh signs is going to have a lot to do with a S&T deal...I don't think his is quite as easy as Wade's.

Bosh is making a documentary about this process, however, he is not taping the meetings themselves, he tweets. Still, this is making teams feel uncomfortable.

.....

Rumor is the Raptors were given a list of possible teams he could go to, and skeleton sign-and-trade deals are sketched out with those teams for when he makes a decision.

people are signing guys like darko and warrick to comparitively huge offers, deng's deal is looking better.

Deng makes twice as much as those guys

And he's twice as good.

and if LeBron is more concerned with brand strength than winning, it's pretty clear that his priorities are screwed up

I keep saying he should sign for 1M. The prick.

yes, you keep saying it. that's not what I'm saying

Then his deal doesn't look better.

Excuse me. Lebron should care about winning, but he should still care enough about salary to roughly the amount that he would fit under the cap with Chris Bosh for the Bulls.

LeBron is getting the max no matter where he goes, so the decision should come down to who he'll be playing with and his chances of winning, NOT where he can make the most money outside of basketball.

I believe he meant it's looking better than it once did.

ESPN has their Daily Dime Live thing going on, and Chris Sheridan keeps saying the Knicks are a better fit for Lebron because Toney Douglas doesn't need the ball and Gallinari is a good shooter... that's essentially his whole argument for the Knicks... and then claims Noah or Deng would have to go in S/T for Bosh...

Chris Sheridan wouldn't know his right hand from his left hand, but all he is doing is playing the Knicks fans.

That guy's a complete jackass. Toney Douglas is FSU trash and Gallinari has one dimension to his game. Sure, those guys are extremely comparable to Rose and Noah.

Noah or Deng don't have to go in a S&T deal. The Raptors have some leverage because of the 6th year of the deal, but they don't have much. If Bosh truly wants to come to Chicago, then he'll be a Bull.
