So if the Bulls want to do a sign and trade for Bosh, could they have already talked to the Raptors about it? That shouldn't be tampering to talk to them....

If they do a S&T for Bosh that includes Deng, would they be able to add LeBron AND another FA?

I don't think so...the way I understand it is that right now they can't straight up sign 2 max FA's. They're a little short. The S&T with Deng would let us do Bosh and Lebron at max, and then have enough to fill out the rest of the bench I believe...

Is this S&T being discussed? Or are we just throwing out ideas?

Ideas. But if we do land Bosh, a S&T is highly likely.

Yeah...and it's pretty likely Deng would be part of it...but I think they'd probably want more than that.

I don't think we'd sign Bosh at max before Lebron if a S&T wasn't involved...then you wouldn't have enough for Lebron.

Predictions:

Lebron James - Bulls

Chris Bosh - Miami

Dwayne Wade - Miami

Joe Johnson - Bulls

Amare Stoudamire - Knicks (?)

Dirk Nowitzki - Dallas

I predict after all this speculation and excitement, Lebron stays with Cleveland.

If he was going to stay with Cleveland, I don't know why he wouldn't have already done that.

Who knows? I never said he has made his final decision. Maybe he just wants to see exactly what kind of other situations are out there.

I think that'll be Friday's big story. Monday was Chicago, Tuesday was Miami, I think today is the Knicks turn, tomorrow is probably the Nets.

Actually that seems to be todays story. Broussard is saying Cleveland is the favorites now lol

It sounds like like the Bulls wants a big man (rather it is Bosh, Boozer, or worse case scenerio Amar'e) in the bag before they go chat with LBJ6. Then pitch the ideal or Rose/Noah and said FA PF to LBJ6. Not a bad plan, but I guess whoever can get Bosh, or Johnson, or whoever committed to them the quickiest/earliest, then my guess that team will have a legitimate chance at landing James.

Well, that's exactly what the article says. Good job with the detective skills.

I didn't read the article, Bob. I don't know why I quote the article, but I didn't read it, I was going off speculation from another site. So............excuse me.

No way he goes back to Cleveland. I just don't see it happening.

It's all speculative at this point certainly. But why don't you see it as a possibility?

He's never going to win a title with the current bunch that they have there. I think he realizes that.

I agree with you on this. If Cleveland had made it to the Finals this year, then maybe he could have been convinced that he could win there. I think their early exit from the playoffs killed any chances of him staying.

If LeBron can't guarantee another max player coming to Chicago/Miami/New York/NJ, then Cleveland makes just as much sense as anybody.

Maybe at winning regular season games.

How do you figure that Cleveland's bench makes as much sense as a team with Noah and Rose?

Because Varejao is better than Noah. And because Williams+Jamison aren't really worse than Rose+Deng, and at the very least are better suited to LeBron's game.

Um...ok. That's not true though.
