Ok, how about this, what makes you guys think you do have a chance, when he's been MSU and Xavier pretty much his entire recruitment. You have about as much chance as Illinois does.

I'm also looking forward to Utah State finishing the year with 1, maybe 2 losses with that schedule, getting a 3 seed, and getting totally outclassed in the tourney.

Because Xavier has been out since they got the commit from Smith- Rivera. It is pretty well known that as of right now it's MSU or IU for Gary Harris. Yes, things can and do change, but that's where it stands. He is quoted as recently as last month saying that he and other recruits were watching the Zeller recruitment and that it could affect where some of them end up.

 

If Yogi Ferrell commits to IU this week, which is a distinct possibility, Gary Harris becomes priority #1 for the IU staff. Knowing that IU and MSU are both held in high regard makes me think that IU has a much greater chance than does Illinois. He might even make a trip to Illinois to catch a game, but I would be shocked if he went anywhere other than IU or MSU.

Lol, I avoid Indiana all together because of them thinking this is still the 80's and that they are relevant in basketball. Psst, Bobby and his sweaters are gone.

I love you guys. I really do. I was trying to add to the conversation, explain that a recruit has an interest in a school, which clearly some of you didn't know. Instead of conversation, we get comments about funny warm ups and quotes taken out of context. This is exactly why I made the point that I avoid this thread. Why not just call it Illini basketball 2010-11?
