While I realize MB is a "powder keg" topic on NSBB, I don't think peoriaman's position is as indefensible as many here seem to claim. I have not been following Bradley's season very closely either, but in the context of a conversation about his early season frustrations in the 4th spot of the Seattle lineup, referring to his poor batting line seems fairly innocuous. Just to be safe, we should probably question his masculinity for it, though.

I'm just a bit unclear how you can claim to not pay much attention one way or another, when you obviously paid enough attention to read a thread about Bradley, look up Bradley's stats, and post them here.

Regarding Bradley: the better he plays the less you'll hear about him. If he sucks again, it will get ugly. That is all.

I certainly don't agree with people questioning a poster's masculinity because of what he posted, but I honestly find it odd that one can claim to not pay attention to a player when he is frequenting a thread about the player and has posted multiple statistical updates about said player.

I'm with imb.... the reason for Bradley acting like he does is probably very sad.

 

I just feel bad for him. He doesn't seem like a bad person to me. He just has severe mental issues that likely stem from things out of his control.

 

right, because I'm not responsible for my actions if I had a traumatic childhood.

Don't know about others, I'm thinking it's not daddy issues but more likely a chemical imbalance
