They'll bring Turner back now. I can feel it.

I felt that if they didn't fire Lovie then they'd bring Turner back anyways. I can't see them bringing in a new OC for 2010, then if they underachieve again, having them fire Lovie and hiring someone new, who will then bring in ANOTHER new OC for 2011. I just have a hard time seeing them having three offenses in three years.

Which just goes to show what a mess the coaching situation is is that you have to assume mediocrity via continuity. Cleaning house is still in order.

They've done it before. (Shoop, Shea, Turner)

And I fully expect Turner to be gone.

and I fully expect Lovie to stay. I'm guessing they'll hire a DC, though.

Man, what a miserable trio.

27 TDs in a season is a career high for Cutler. Defense wasn't good today, but the offense was great again, even though it was the Lions. The only bad thing about the emergence of Aromashodu is that it probably makes the Bears less likely to sign a free agent WR.

Yep. I can see Jerry Angelo hiring a new OC and bringing in a DC to do the play calling in an attempt to get Lovie frustrated and have him quit.

Who knows if Shea really was miserable... I thought it was strange that they fired a first year OC when what he had to work with all year was Quinn, Krenzel, and Hutchinson... the first few games with Grossman weren't horrible.

And it was a miserable failure.

I don't know what will happen, but there is a possibility everyone will be back to avoid taking Cutler through too many transitions.

Got some reason for hope the last few weeks from the offense, if not from the defense. And since we don't have any draft picks anyway, I'm glad they won.

The Lions run D sucks.

Matt Forte had only 2 100 yard rushing games this season - both were against Detroit.

Matt Forte had only 3 runs of more than 16 yards all season - all were against Detroit

Matt Forte only had 3 games where his YPC was over 4.3 - 2 of them were against Detroit (the other was a 5 carry 33 yard performance against Arizona).
