packers did good on peterson but sucked on favre. You would think that they would plan their defense around favre since "he's coming for revenge"

 

Not really. They had the right idea and a better chance to win the game if they focused on stopping #28 compared to Favre.

I'm not sure, focus on Favre and you might wind up with interceptions. A lot more likely than getting fumbles out of Peterson. Peterson is more dangerous, but Favre is more exploitable

 

It's pretty easy to get fumbles out of AD. He just won't go down when he should. He takes so many extra hits and pointless fumbles because of his running style

i actually dont hate the packers and i'm not even talking about packer fans that post here, really (except eb14 or whatever, but, well, duh)

 

packer love just got out of hand in the preseason. Obviously they made the right move getting rid of favre, i just think it's funny how thin-skinned most of them are in regards to anything he says or does now.

 

We went 4-0 in pre season, last time I checked thats pretty good

 

no preseason record can be considered "good." it's the frigging preseason

Actually, it's a pretty good one. They get 2 points out of it, keeping it at a 2 possession game (16 points). If they don't challenge, Minnesota's guaranteed at least 3, basically ending the game.

 

The game's basically over, but it's a good challenge by McCarthy.

It sucks to know that you aren't even close to being the best team on the field. Hopefully the off week and then playing the Lions (who I could easily see the Packers losing to) will turn things around.

His awareness is fine, he just isn't accustomed to throwing the ball away which is a problem (especially with a horrid line).
