What do you believe should each individual do in the off season to improve their performance with the Cubs?

Milton-Tame the demons

Soriano-Your whole game especially the slider on the outside corner.

Z-Tony Horton P90X especially the Abs workout.

Harden-Continue to strengthen arm

Jake Fox- Winter ball and work on Defense at as many positions as possible.

Gregg and Miles work on picking out luggage for packing your bags.

Soto-Play winter ball for a month to keep weight off and get your stroke back

ARAM-The batting cage and plenty of pushups and french curls

I was going to say wind-sprints followed by floggings, then football.

I don't get ticked of or off, I am pretty laid back.

So, I guess there won't be any positive suggestion coming out of this thread, so I guess the Cubs are as good as it gets.

Sorry, but it's kind of a stupid thread. First, the title is all screwed up, and second your suggestions are quite vague.

They should work on being better. Specially what? I don't know. Soto should run, for punishment sake and because he's fat. I'm not a trainer, and I'm not a baseball coach.

Taking it as if they (cubs player) opens this thread.

Like Z never realized he needed to work on his core until someone told him. I was shocked a pro-athlete had to be told this.

Derrick Lee needs to work again on the inside pitch, he had it down two years ago then the wrist injury and he wasn't as affective.

Milton should work on Yoga and plyometrics to cut down on his injury rate.

Just so you know though, I agree that running is given a negative connotation because it is usually used as some form of punishment in other sports and classes. I also realize that some people just don't get "running" as a sport. It's a lot more than just an exercise, but not everyone is going to accept that. Didn't mean to hijack your thread!

Am I really the only one who thought this was funny?

Seriously, though, this team is fine the way it is. Everything is proceeding according to plan.
