This comes after the penalty on 3rd-and-3 that gave FSU a 1st-and-goal instead of 4th down and the announcer said "I'm not sure this makes that much of a difference."

 

Yeah, doesn't matter that instead of FSU having a fourth down and maybe one more play, they get three and could have had four if the last play was a tick quicker.

looks like the ball hit the ground with a fraction of a second left, but i think the play stops when the whistle blows.

 

anyway, i don't like the rollout there. do a quick fade and you're definitely going to have one more play left.

really though, when you cant make an extra point, and it forces you to go for the TD, AND YOU CAN'T SCORE ON 6 TRIES FROM THE 2 YARD LINE, you don't deserve anything.
