I'm digging Bradley hitting 2nd. Great to see Soto back.

Our best 2 RBI guys hitting 1-2, how novel. It shows how desperate Lou is to getting value out of Bradley because at the beginning of the season he would never have considered a lineup where his 2 best lefty hitters are hitting 1-2 in the order and not another lefty until the 7th spot.

I don't see it that way. I value RBI's more than most people, but I'm liking the move here. Kouske and Bradley are good OBP guys, and set the table for our big boys. Even though Bradley hasn't hit well this year, he can still take a walk.

For your own personal edification, our best 2 RBI guys are hitting 4th & 3rd respectively.

Fred, I was wondering where do you get your stats from? You can't keep track of these kind of stats on your own, can you? I mean something like the Cubs record with a certain umpiring crew. I love it.

If I had a bigger computer, I'd own the world by now.

Would you be able to tell me what jerseys the pitchers choose? Such as how many times Wells has chosen to wear the blues? Or do you only do records?

Wells has chosen the blues 10 times in 16 starts.

Anyone watching the Cards/Pirates game? Some guy tried to reach for a foul ball (grounder down the line) and completely landed on his head. Game is being delayed. One of the weirdest things I've seen in a while. They're not taking him out on a stretcher.

CUBS are 3-3 when Wells choses the whites / greys..... 7-3 when he choses the blues.

Go CUBS !!

someone at the game says z is hurt and marshall will start

Oh for the love of...

WGN radio and MLB GameDay do NOT comfirm this.

edit: WGN now says it's "up in the air". Marshall is warming up as if he were starting.... and the Rockies are going to change their lineup to reflect the left hander starting.

But CSN Chicago is confirming it. Marshall's in.
