LOL! ESPN announcer actually said on the Soriano homerun: "Where the hell is the ball?" "It's in the Seats!"

Someone has to put up Pat's call when it's archived.

It was great...he slipped in the "Cubs win" while the ball was in mid flight. :-))

Posted
He had to have put a dent in the batters eye. That thing was crushed.

He golfed it, too. Bob even said he liked the matchup because of Soriano's love of low pitches.

for such a long game, the only bullpen arms that were really taxed were stevens and shark. I'd like to see Marmol with the day off tomorrow, but at least Angel and Gregg will be fresh.

Go cubs!

Sori's gonna get plunked this series...looked like he was pointing into the Astro's dugout as he strolled toward first, maybe I didn't see it correctly

I'm sure he's used to it. Maybe we should find a way to plunk Valverde.

oh my god

btw, astros cameras could not have done a worse job of showing that. it looked like a 100 foot pop up

Looked the same way on our broadcast. It seemed like a weak out until the CF started jogging off the field

Looked like fan interaction to me.

Someone has to put up Pat's call when it's archived.

Ronnie was screaming "YES! YES! YES! YES!" in a high pitched school girl voice. The only good part about my satellite going out was turning on Gameday Audio.

I'm pretty sure I was the game thread starter for one of our big winning stretches to get back to respectability in 07 too.

Just sayin.
