If you were in a hotel room and the room next door had the White Sox game on really loud and you heard Hawks call, what exactly would be going through your mind?

His call sounds uncomfortably orgasmic.

That was hilarious. That's what people are going to hear every time that game is remembered. What an idiot. HISTORY!

Hopefully they just use the radio broadcast. It can't be any worse than Hawk's call.

"Historyyyyyyyy!!!!"

It's like caveman analysis. Of course it's history. Why not say something constructive, like, you know, a full sentence.

Hawk's call of the last out is the funniest thing I've heard in quite a while.

Yeah, what was up with that? He just shouts "Alexei!" and then starts yelling "YES!" for a few minutes.

And it's not only the horrible call, it's also the way he yells "yes". It was the most annoying "yes" I've ever heard, I don't even know how to explain it.

And after his Wise call "MMMEEEERRRCCCCYYY"

I feel really good for DeWayne Wise though.

Yeah, that was a pretty cool catch by Wise. It's a great catch no matter what, but made so much better given the situation.

Joe Buck's call when the Phils won the World Series was worse, as was Pat Summerall's non=call when the Patriots beat the Rams in the Super Bowl

If you think that is fun consider this:

Tonight is bowling night, ok. I had a pretty good night bowling a 660 series, the GUY I happened to bowl against shot a frikkin' 823 series. For those who is counting, yes that DOES include a 300 series. (Yeah me.) What makes this a White Sox related topic is that the guy was a WHITE SOX fan. So imagine what I heard ALL night when I wasn't getting beaten down on the lanes.

Great night.

I'm not from Chicago, so the White Sox are just kinda "there" for me. I don't like them, I don't hate them. I just don't pay any attention to them, really.

Good for Buehrle. A perfect game is the ultimate baseball accomplishment. I'd be living it up all night on the South Side if I were him.

Edit: Fun little fact--- the first two perfect games ever came within 5 days of each other back in 1880. Lee Richmond did it June 12, 1880 pitching for Worcester against Cleveland. On June 17 of that year, Monte Ward did it for Providence against Buffalo.

by the way, isn't buehrle a great example of how much luck is involved in throwing a perfect game or no hitter? the guy has given up more than a hit per inning in his career. that he has thrown two no-hitters, including a perfect game, in his career is pretty fortunate.
