Granted it's the Nationals, but Harden looks to be throwing it pretty well. His velocity is up and he seems to be locating a little bit better.

 

Actually the Nationals have a pretty good offense.

It really makes no sense. Even "bad" Soriano should be good for a .250-ish average and a HR a week...he hasn't even managed that
