Hopefully I can start something up. Let's try to go out and actually put a number over 0 on the scoreboard, and maybe, just maybe, end up with a W. If we don't beat this bum, I'm not sure that we can go much lower.

The guy was my favorite player for the hometown Rochester RedWings for years until he left and signed last offseason. So of course he's batting third against the Cubs tonight and of course he will kill us.

CUBS are 11-7 when K Hill catches.... 25-30 when Soto catches

CUBS are 24-23 when Fukudome starts in cf.... 12-14 when he doesn't

CUBS are 36-32 when Soriano leads off.... 0-5 when he doesn't

CUBS are 18-12 when Fontenot bats sixth.... 18-25 when he doesn't.

Thats a pretty horrible lineup for Pittsburgh. I guess that means we lose.

My guess is they want to see what, if anything Fuld can do, and maybe seeing if the once untouchable can generate any trade interest.

Yeah, would have liked to seen Hoff over Fuk w/ Fuld in center (if Lou is intent on getting him a start)
