Just a little something to brighten your days...

Rich Hill pulled after 2 outs in the first inning, having already given up 3, left with the bases loaded.

Why would anyone want Rich to fail?

Just kind of found it funny that after he goes and dominates in his last outing, he can't escape the first today. I realize we get a "better" prospect if he does well...but at this point with us playing the way we are, I'm looking for anything remotely entertaining.

I don't find anything entertaining about it. Rich didn't do anything for us to want to see him fail. If anything Lou and Larry failed Rich with the quick hook they had on him.

Obviously it's not just Lou and Larry. The guy struggled with it in the minors at times (his control) and now it's on a totally different level in an entirely different organization.

Some people need to loosen up a bit. I'm not "rooting" for him to fail. I don't WANT to see him fail, but I'm not gonna go cry about it when he does. He's not a Cub anymore.

Oh God, Brenly speaks as if it would perhaps be a good move to hit and run right here.

No, Bob, it wouldn't be.

Edit: Although bunting in this situation is just as stupid.

Lou needs to stop with the bunting.
