I have a friend who's a Raiders fan. He's convinced they're drafting a terrible but speedy cornerback.

They won't. They usually stop that around the late 2nd to early 3rd range.

 

Sometimes they throw you off, though. Last year on the Titans' first round pick they showed Beanie Wells on the phone looking excited and I thought the Titans were taking him. Turns out the Titans had already called Kenny Britt and what they showed was the Cardinals calling Wells already.
