FYI, I think the only way the Celtics win this series is if it goes 7 games. Three out of the next 4 in Chicago means that Boston would have to win at least 2 of 3 on the road to even win in 6. I don't think that happens without a major collapse by the Bulls or a miraculous recovery by Garnett.

Is it too early for me to bitch about the ridiculous schedule for the playoffs? What other sport has 2 or 3 days between every game?

Football has 7. Sometimes 6.

I still feel sick about last night.

Yeah I was watching the end of that game and, come on, who didn't see that coming? As soon as they in-bounded I said "they better watch for Allen," then as soon as he popped free I knew it was over.

Hinrich got destroyed on a double screen on that play which is why Allen was so open (and Noah was left to guard him)

Miller/Noah are the reason why the bulls won't go far in the playoffs. We need a big man who can be a leader and an offensive force on this team.

Huh? Noah has been outstanding so far in the playoffs, so I'm not sure what your beef is. In fact, he's played great basketball for most of the season, especially after the All-Star break. The Bulls have enough problems defending, so I'd hate to see their defense without Noah.

Yup of all the times to rag on Noah so far in his Bulls career, right now is not one of them. Noah has done a damn good job out there so far, and Im really liking what hes bringing to every game.

Thurs game should be fun, UC will be rocking, and I honestly wouldnt be shocked if the Bulls win by 15+.

I wonder if the Bulls feel discouraged by last night or if it's more like a, "we can beat them," mindset now.

It's a painful way to lose, but knowing that boston barely escaped with a home win is a nice feather in the cap.

I'm sure they think they can win. 3 of the next 4 at home. Ray Allen went insane in the 2nd half for 27 and they still barely pulled it out. If Rose and Hinrich aren't in foul trouble in the first half, they probably win it (of course, the Celts bigs got into foul trouble too).

i wonder how rondo's leg is going to react... those things get worse, not better, after a night's sleep. lucky for him he has until thursday.

Yeah. The thing that got me was they Celts ran that exact same play at least three times in the 4th quarter in the exact same spot and Allen drained 3's in every instance. All I'm saying is I think everyone could have seen that coming a mile away.

I said to myself -- they'll never get that stop, too much time, too little defense.

Sure enough, couldn't get that stop.

I'm trying to tell myself that we accomplished what we wanted to. We flipped home court advantage, got a big road win, and we play better at home.

Somehow that's not totally helping feeling horrible about losing that game though. We had it.

Same knee he tore up after his freshman year at Berkeley.

I don't think it's our defense that's that bad... it's our defensive rebounding that makes us suck. It probably has something to do with the fact that we like to go off into transition so much.

Anyway, we made Boston shoot the most difficult shot we could've asked for. Tie game and Ray Allen is shooting a 3 over a seven footer while falling backwards. He just made a tough shot.

Ugh.

Pierce says they have only played their C game. This is absolutly insulting to the Bulls. Nobody could of guarded Gordon last night, nobody. I like KG but it appeared that during and after the game he was yelling at the Bulls bench area, whatsup with that. Dude says the MF word or variables of it a lot.
